International Orders
All International orders are free via Royal Mail Airmail.
Average international delivery times are as follows –
Western Europe 3-4 days
Eastern Europe 4-5 days
Rest of the World 5-7 days
UK Orders
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday (GMT) will be dispatched that same day. UK Delivery is by Royal Mail ‘recorded’ delivery post and is guaranteed next day but can typically take between 1-3 days from the date of posting. Delays can occur if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Most small orders are sent in padded bags that won’t designed to fit through standard size letter boxes, it is advised, but not a necessity to set the delivery address as a premises where someone will be there to take delivery of the package, no matter how big or small the order, however if there is no one available Royal Mail will attempt delivery & if no-one is in to receive the package a card will be posted through the letterbox notifying you of the attempted delivery. The package will then be left at your local post office ready for collection if still not collected the order will be returned to sender. If a change of delivery address is required from the original delivery address submitted at the time of ordering a further charge will be applicable.
Larger orders will be sent by FED EX next day courier service. This method of delivery requires a signature upon delivery. If your order is being sent by either courier or special delivery then you will receive a delivery information email with your parcel reference number and estimated delivery date when your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refund Policy
7 Day Money Back Guarantee – In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less original carriage costs. All returns MUST be confirmed by email or phone.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item you must return it to us yourself via your local mail service.
Within 28 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. Outside of 28 days from the date of delivery, we will arrange from the return of faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for repair, under the terms of manufacturer’s warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer’s account.
